We ship from Hong Kong, all orders will be shipped with a tracking number.
How do I find my tracking number?
You will receive an email containing the tracking information once your order has been shipped.
How long is the transit time for my order once it is shipped?
It varies from your location. Typically all orders will take 1-3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) to reach you.
When will my you ship my order out?
We process and ship orders out within 5-7 business days. Certain products which are on pre-order will be indicated with a ship by date in the description.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours from your order date if you want to change or cancel your order. For returns, unless you have receive a wrong or defective product, we are unable to accept returns.
Do I need to pay taxes for my orders?
No, you do not need to pay any taxes on your orders as we are not qualified to collect taxes on behalf of your country. Hence, all orders are priced without any taxes included.
Will I be liable for any custom charges?
It depends on your shipping location. We will no control over custom border charges and is not responsible if your local customs holds your package for unpaid duty fees. Your local custom will contact you via email or phone if there is any outstanding custom duties to be paid.
